Deluxe Tea Sugar (Rock Sugar for Tea)

What is tea sugar? It’s just rock sugar for tea. We recommend it because:

• as opposed to table sugar, it adds sweetness without changing flavor
• comes in small pieces so you can add in just a drop, as needed
• great presentation factor for guests

100% amber rock cane sugar crystals.  Use to taste.

4-oz packets will sweeten approx. 60-80 cups of tea
8-oz packets will sweeten approx. 120-160 cups of tea.

Note: crystals can take longer to dissolve than traditional sugar; add them into water at the start of the steeping cycle if you have this issue.
