Lime Mint Puerh

A blend from a past Advent calendar! One thing I try to do during advent is explore new flavors we really haven’t seen much, an opportunity to try something new and experiment. I’ve definitely not seen lime or mint on a puerh (due to their earthiness, they tend to be more in the chocolate/sweet/nutty/spicy realms). But together it’s just a unique and refreshing brew, and nice to have a bit of a palate cleanser this time of year. 

This is one where you will get very different flavors if you adjust your steep time or go hot vs iced.
