THE STORY BEHIND THE TEA:
My market had blood oranges when preparing my notes for this month’s blend, which inspired me to do blood orange ginger instead of just orange. It adds a moody, almost warming layer underneath those citrus and spice notes, which reminds me of when you can feel it in the air when the seasons start to change. Late summer fresh strawberries add a hint of jammy sweetness without making the blend too sweet.
While almost all club teas work hot or iced, this time of year we always aim for a tea that is not just amazing hot or iced, but also has flavor nuances depending on preparation. This allows you to extend your flavor journey exploration, depending on your weather and palate.
